Your role & responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager for the German market, you will be responsible for:
- Actively and comprehensively leading the sales process of Gemius products and services in the German market, including:
- preparation and execution of sales strategy and plans,
- acquiring, managing and expanding the client portfolio,
- preparing and negotiating cooperation terms,
- regular reporting on activities, sales and plan execution.
2. Establishing contacts and building relationships with existing and potential customers, including:
- providing ongoing customer service,
- assisting in resolving customer issues,
- preparing solutions using Gemius portfolio tools, consistent with customer expectations.
3. Managing the Gemius brand in the German market, including:
- preparing and presenting commercial offers,
- representing the company at conferences and industry events,
- monitoring the market and competitors' activities.
What are we looking for:
- strong sales experience, preferably in a managerial position,
- solid knowledge of the research, media, or digital industry,
- Proficiency in both English and German,
- ability to independently draft plans and execute them,
- analytical and critical thinking skills,
- independence in decision-making and goal-oriented mindset,
- high interpersonal skills and self-confidence,
- readiness for business travel (within Germany and to the Headquarters in Warsaw).
